Chad has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for 27+ years and has sold North Idaho real estate full-time. He has a superior knowledge, and somewhat of an insider view, of the area and its amenities. Chad is a firm believer in real estate and the power it has. He is not only a Real Estate Agent, he is a real estate investor as well; which Chad believes gives him some “hands-on” knowledge of how to help you buy or sell real estate in the area; he is in the trenches every day and he loves what he does!

 

He and his wife Niki have been married since 2005. They have 4 children, Brady, Cooper, Miller, and Tatum. Their house is busy with the 6 of them, plus their wonder dog, Ruby. They try to spend as much time on the lake in the summer as possible, as well as camping on the St. Joe River. All the kids are into skiing, so they take weekends in the winter and hit the slopes whenever possible. Chad and Niki feel blessed to be able to raise their kids in North Idaho and take advantage of all 4 seasons and what they offer.
